“Had a great stay, everything is clean and room is very nice. Water pressure is great and room temperature just right. One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. But overall Im happy with the stay and would come back definitely if I'm in Leeds”

“limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)”

“Value for money. Good service and friendly staff. Continental breakfast is good. The only setback is that a loud noise of the alarm woke up everyone at around 5:55am accidentally and it lasted for a few seconds. ”

“We were really impressed by Hyatt House Leeds and will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to the city. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom has space to put your things out, and there was a shelf inside the shower which is so often missing in hotels. We had a decent sized couch facing a large tv. We didn’t make use of it but I thought it……

“Myself and two friends stayed here as we were watching a concert in Leeds city centre. Location is fine and really easy to get a taxi into the city. Really quiet area. Ron is a great host and the rooms were fine. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Leeds as the price is great. ”
