“This was our first time visiting Colonia Beach and staying at the River Edge Inn. The staff were friendly, professional and provided great ideas of things to do and see while in town. Shawna was amazing we really appreciated her and the rest of the staff who made us feel welcomed and comfortable.”

“Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time.”

“We adored this pet-friendly cottage that is right on the water of the Potomac. It is very nicely decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the internet was fast and the TVs were all smart TVs with plenty of streaming options. The island was very peaceful and quiet and the cottage is conveniently located within a reasonable walk of the marina, restaurant and store. The dock appeared new and has a bench with back for seating and relaxing over the water. There were two bikes available for……

“We have stayed here several times and each time I never want to leave. The view of the river is so beautiful. Kim supplies everything you could need or want. This is such a relaxing house and property. I just left a few days ago and I am ready t go back!”

“The house is very eclectic. We really enjoyed looking at all of the art and antiques that are displayed. The host was amazing and very helpful. We had a wonderful time. The only caveat is that I would not recommend for toddlers. There is numerous items within their reach that could be damaged. It is packed with things for older children,and our granddaughter had a great time. Thanks to Tammy for making our stay amazing. Would definitely come back ”
