"What I liked:The staff at the front desk were wonderful! Very helpful, kind and efficient. What I did NOT LIKE:It was thirty-nine steps to our room, #15, NO LIFT! My wife and I are both in our mid-sixties and this was VERY rough on us."

"The property is in a good location for Bedale and surrounding area. It is well equipped and has a fantastic garden & a very comfortable double bed. However some of the cutlery had to be washed and parking is difficult even with the permit. A new front door may give a better first impression."
