“Basically my huge huge huge complaint is on all the sites including hotels.com this property I’m on just about every other one in Kiev is listed as handicap accessible. But there is a massive staircase simply to get in the door then once you do you go down another staircase and go up another staircase and you think you’re done oh but no you have another 69 steps to go before you reach the lobby of the hostel.
