"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"

"due to the Olympic month, the hotel rate has gone up very high to approx. USD 330 /night. but beside the location of convenience with restaurants and bakery shop. Definitely not worth this price. The check in was just ok, the front office staff service was just ok, not welcoming, just "check in and go" type. One thing good is there are a bottle of 500ml evian water, a can of coke and an small OJ in the mini bar for free. not hotel type level, more like hostel style with thin blanket, A/C not cold and with fixed temperature, cant adjust on the dial.
