Typical Landes house in the heart of a quiet pine forest tastefully decorated in the 1930s spirit with 5 bedrooms and a large swimming pool. The house is surrounded by two terraces and a large garden (1500m2).

You are located 200m from the Arcachon basin with all the shops and typical oyster village. At 10mm, it's the ocean and the beach as far as the eye can see. Cycling area nearby.

Change of scenery and comfort guaranteed.

Summer rental from Sunday to Sunday for reasons of transfer and road traffic

Charming Villa in the perfect location

We spent two weeks here in August 2024 and had an amazing time. The location could not better, 250m from the beaches, shops and Oyster huts on the basin side and 10 minute cycle to the Atlantic beaches. We hardly used the car at all. The house is full of character and well equipped for cooking and enjoying large meals with 2 families. Stéphane, Éric and Karine were all lovely to deal with. We highly recommend the house for an enjoyable holiday.
