“I was fortunate to be the first one to stay here. There is a nice little town of Brandon about 9 min down the road. I'd highly recommend the River Pub and Grill if you want to eat out, the steak sandwich was fantastic. If want to cook for yourself, grab some groceries at Hannaford grocery store, they had quite a versitile selection to choose from. “Doc’s Lake House is on a beautiful and quiet lake. My family and I regret not staying longer! It is well-stocked with anything you might need (coffee, spices, breakfast items, etc.), which was lovely! Two separate fire pits and water crafts were available for entertainment. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around. He’s very nice and fun to talk with! It was such a wonderful stay! ”
