“Jennifer is very responsive to any questions check in process was easy. The place was very clean. Anything needed was there very close to Letchworth State Park? It looks like they are remodeling. Need to finish some projects. Otherwise there is a nice breakfast area outside a nice place by the fire, a nice view of a easy to find off the highway and within 10 minutes of the state park”

“The cottage is in a sweet lakeside community. It was very quiet and easily accessible in the snow. Great for a family gathering.”

“Would give this property 10 stars if able! The Lakeview was gorgeous. The house was spacious with lots of extras, including an enclosed porch facing the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy, and towels fluffy. Except for the weather, it was the perfect weekend!”

“The problem is that the property is physically small, it's short. Not a problem for most people, but being 6' 3", I was hitting my head on a lot of stuff, and hunching most the time I was in the cabin. The cabin is very cozy, it all takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, it is a great small place to stay in. It would be best to get there early to get the heat figured out, if you need to do that. There are a lot of amenities to make sure everything goes smoothly and to pass the time……

“Beautiful property! Easy access. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. We would definitely rent again. Hopefully with those 2 issues addressed. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely cottage with us!”

“Really don’t like leaving a negative review but I know we all rely on honest reviews to make choices. We came for a wedding and stayed 2 nights-The beds were disgusting. The cottage overall was pretty clean-shower was passable and we tried cleaning the sheets and found old nasty gum in the dryer-but the beds were both absolutely filthy. Old pilled sheets with pubic hair and lots of dirt and just hair hair hair. Obviously had not been washed. Property is managed by a company located somewhere……

“We had a nice stay! Very beautiful and quiet. The cabin was cute and had plenty of space for my dog and I! We would definitely recommend and return!”

“The area is scenic, just beautiful. Cottage is well maintained and pretty. Furniture is comfy, and little details are attended to. It's a busy area but the backyard is private. I've stayed in cottages where they didn't have salt and pepper, or any hand soap. This place had a selection of spices, soap in each bathroom, all the towels. Even some shampoo and conditioner! Rachael was easy to talk to and responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend 😀”
