“The entire property is ideal for a tropical vacation. Not necessarily a Hawaii vacation. It was about 45 min from Kilauea, an hour from a swimmable beach, 5 minutes from Fissure 8 (private property in spots), and 25 min from the ocean. The worst part of the house was Kilauea didn’t erupt! I don’t blame Matt but I think he could’ve done something to help it erupt. All pictures were taken within 45 min of the house. “This property was perfect for my family of 11. We live on the island and attended a family gathering in the area. We stayed only one night but it was an awesome night! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and have a great experience.The host, Julie was so easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this proptery”

“This was an amazing space to stay in for our visit to the big island! The home was immaculately clean, had everything we needed to be comfortable (including a washer & dryer), and afforded incredible views of the ocean (just steps away). The location is convenient for those based around Hilo and the neighbohood is quiet & walkable. We appreciated Liz's responsive communication prior to arriving and the ease checking in & out. We would definitely see if this home is available for a return trip!……

“We like to travel a lot and this was the best house so far. The house is amazing. Check-in was quick and easy. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in time which was very helpful. Bedrooms are very spacious. We were able to pick a lot of different fruits in the yard. ”
