“Nicely updated place with lots of fun activities for kiddos.”

“We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. The outside kitchen and seating area was such a beautiful space to enjoy dinners with the whole family. Nani……

“The house and all its amazing amenities were fabulous! It was clean, the check in & out process was easy, and the location was wonderful. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes but lacked a little in pots/pans & cooking utensils. We ended up having to buy an additional pot. Communication with the management company was excellent on a few issues we encountered, but the only real disappointment was that we could not use the firepit outside, which several of our guests really looked……

“Alain was great with communication and was very helpful when we had an unexpected change of plans. The house is on a quiet street and an easy drive to Biscayne and Everglades. We also drove to went to dry Tortuga from this house, but that is definitely a long day. The house itself was great and the kids loved using the pool. “I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. “The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel……

“We loved this house! We had a few days booked in Key Largo to scuba dive, and this was a great home base for my group of divers to return to every day. The house was spacious, the pool table, pool, and putting green were a lot of fun. We ordered in, grilled out, made a breakfast buffet, we felt right at home. They had everything we needed. The host was great, very responsive. Everyone wants to book it again next year, so we'll be back!”

“First of all, communication with management was lacking to the point that VRBO was looking for another rental property for us while we were in route. Next, the address listed is incorrect. We went to the wrong house. All the houses in the subdivision are exactly the same. There are lots of things that need attention including: wobbly dining chairs...screws loose clothes in dryer dirty sheets in two of the closets dirty dishes and pans in cupboard no dish detergent and dishwasher unplugged shower……

“We would definitely rent again!! Host was prompt with replies when we reached out to her. Heated pool was a BIG plus because we had small children under the age of 4. Outside seating was wonderful because it was covered and out of the sun. Children loved the water sprays on the side of the pool. Inner tubes were used constantly! Outside TVs were used and the children enjoyed watching Spider Man on the LR television. ”
