“Cute house with a lot of character. Sat on the front porch and watched everybody go to the ice cream shop. Perfect place to be to get to all of the attractions. The Tavern in town is a great place to eat with a nice atmosphere. House was clean and organized. The only thing I could recommend would be that they have a Keurig in the kitchen”

“We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had 13 adults and one child. This is such a neat old house with so many cool features. We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home. All of the bedrooms have a sink in them which was really awesome and helpful for when we were all getting ready at the same time. Our only feedback is that the pillows were a little hard and……

“My husband and I have family in WV right across the MD/WV state line and we really wanted to come home to celebrate the holiday with our families and still be able to have our fur baby (our 2 yr old shepherd mix) with us! This was the perfect place for us to do exactly that. This is a great location with access to so much in a short distance. Thank you and we certainly look forward to being back! ”

“We were a multi-generation family celebrating birthdays and a 60th wedding anniversary over the long Easter weekend. The house was beautiful and the location was very peaceful. Although the house is modern in style, it is also very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the various family groups to spread out. The place was exactly as described, very comfortable and within easy walking distance to the brewery. And the house was spotless! I would highly recommend staying there.”

“Old time charm on the outside; clean, new and modern on the inside. The rental is small, but nicely done with modern features. The stone fireplace is so pretty with an electric stove inside. The bedroom was lovely with a comfy, king bed. The best part is the screened in porch that runs the whole length of the house. There’s a sectional sofa and coffee table, two rockers, and a table with four chairs on the porch. You can appreciate the old windows with their wooden shutters from back in time. We……
