“Beautiful place, very clean, perfect for what we needed. Only small downfall is the area is a bit rundown but felt very safe anywhere we went.”

“Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.”

“This property was like staying in someone's home. There were personal touches ie fresh flowers in vases. Lots of spaces around the wrap around deck to sit either peacefully alone or joining the group.A walk around the grounds told a story of a once loved garden that still held good bones and structure.”

“Beautiful townhouse just steps from beach access, groceries, and a couple of restaurants. Well decorated and stocked, though be aware it’s a lot of steps up to the main bedroom if you forget something. It was nice to be away from the crowds of Christchurch without feeling isolated. We would stay here again. ”

“Get place well setup for my needs, the family loved it. Heaps of room and very comfortable great kitchen cooked some good home cooked meals definitely a home away from home. And will definitely stay there again next time.Awesome.”
