“The front desk lady was very nice and cheerful and gave a very warm welcome. One issue which they need to improve is the breakfast; we had to eat in a different hotel because the hotel's restaurant was not ready, and the other hotel's breakfast is very limited and they were understaffed, and things took a long time to happen and when an item finished they simply could not replace and told us they were out of it.”

“Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.”
