“The cottage was just as described. Was comfy yet homey but beach decor made you realize it was vacation time. Karen & Don we're great hosts. Good communications and hospitality plus! The property was inviting with ponds and wildlife to enjoy. Beautiful pool to relax on off beach days. We tried to the kayaks but only saw a few ducks and fish. The patio down by the river was awesome to watch the boaters and wildlife including Esther the rabbit . It was located on the end of a quiet street……

“This is a lovely home....even nicer than the pictures show. Upon opening the front door, the vaulted living room ceiling and open floor plan greet you. Walk thru the sitting area and the sliding glass doors completely open the length of the room to the lanai where a hot tub and pool await you. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other bedrooms are tucked away on the opposite side. Tastefully decorated. This rental property is new on the market. The owner is a responsive and……

“We enjoyed our stay at Naples Bay Resort. The condo had everything that we needed, was clean, and a great little resort off of the 5th ave strip (but close enough to get to). The shuttle was super convenient to have a day on the beach or head downtown. We traveled with 2 young kids, and we fit comfortably in the condo. ”

“The house is charming and the pool with the tiki bar and TV are relaxing and just plain fun. It's a 10 minute walk to Celebration Park and a 10 minute drive to the international Pickleball hub. The owner, Rich is easy to contact and very responsive. ”

“Family had a great vacation in April. Great access to restaurants, site seeing boat tours, mini golf, top golf onsite was an hit etc. apartment was very nice and accessible. Club was a little pricey and they weren’t always upfront with tip already included so beware on site .Most meals were made in the apartment (probably not for everyone), most everything was available except oven mitts and some cleaning supplies. ”

“The Bayshore Arts district was a great area to stay and the Cottage was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The back porch was so pleasant in the evenings and we had a chance to hit the Botanical Gardens, Ankrolab, Celebration Park and 360. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The cottage is bright, cheerful, comfortable and clean. The decorating is terrific. Kate is a good host - timely and responsive to her guests' communications. ”

“We were so pleased to find a cute and newly renovated cottage in a great location for a couple of days. We had thought this location would require a longer stay so we were so happy to be able to rent for a couple days. The place was freshly renovated and very comfortable especially the kingside bed! Keith even had Beach towels and chairs! ”

“The first condo that we were booked into did not have air conditioning and was small and not remodel. Looked very out to date. They moved us to a different one which was much much nicer. Very up-to-date, very comfortable, clean and had air conditioning.”
