“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. “This hotel is very very remote from the town and its inside the jungle and you need to take a shuttle car to the hotel from the hotel entrance like 6 to 8 minutes but the shuttle car is not always available. If you want to stay away from noisy and want to stay inside a jungle it is perfect for. “The place is nice but the AC is not working and it’s so uncomfortable. And it scares me and my daughter when we saw a cockroach. And the WiFi and tv is not working . So there’s not much of entertainment. But the convenience of the place that is so near in all the very good restaurants and tourist spot was the best part. Hopefully they fix the problem. “We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available. “The properly itself is beautiful and big.ideak place for big group's / families. However it's very dated and needs fixing. Toilets / bathrooms needs cleaning, taps /shower needs fixing. Properlty owner Tita Osita is very accommodating and friendly. The care taker kuya's Arnel is very helpful, and friendly, acts quickly for any requests The place is in good location, however not easy to find, due to incorrect location and not enough information provided in Google map.”

“The property was all but out of business. You shouldn't even list this property. $40 a night, it shouldn't be $10. The first night they put us in the worst room we have ever been in. Bed, cold shower, sink and crappy AC. No desk as listed, no mirror, no sheet or blanket, no towels, no tp, no bidet, no soap, there was basicly nothing. AND THE BEACH CLOSED AT 7PM. To cal this place a sesot is a joke. The worst thing is we did not get the wifi password until the last night of a 3 night stayand……

Nice service and good environment

"The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point."
