“We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us! ”

“The apartment was very close to the sites in New Smyrna Beach. We biked from there to Canal St, beautiful Riverside Dr, and to South Beach. It’s just a couple of miles. The place had everything we needed to cook and relax. Kim even bought us a new charcoal grill so I could grill out. The apartment is cozy. I would recommend it. It’s worth what the owner is charging.”

“We had a wonderful stay celebrating our family’s graduation weekend! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for gathering and relaxing. Everyone had enough room to spread out, yet there were also great spaces for sharing meals, laughing, and making memories together. The location was convenient and quiet, and the host was responsive and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families celebrating milestones!”

“A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Our host took care of all of our needs; and even had extra amenities that we didn’t expect.(snacks, laundry detergent.) We’ll definitely come back when we are in the area again.”

“Overall, the property could use some work. Paint, yard work, but I did enjoy my stay there. Bed in the master bedroom was comfy. I couldnt figure out how to work the tv in the living room, it would turn on, but i could not access any of the apps on it. The pool was the highlight of this place. You have to be careful in the bathrooms as the place is on a septic tank, and i think that it may have been pretty full. Overall, i would give the place 4 out of 5 stars, it has a lot of potential to……
