“Everything about this place was perfect. Size: there are few places that offer 40 beds. Our group of 22 adults were thrilled we could all stay under one roof. Location: Just 30 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Nestled away on a quiet road but still a short drive to a Rutter’s. Amenities: Full kitchen, large dinning room, and right next to a playground equipped with sports equipment. We have been doing Penn State tailgates for several years now. This will be where we start our planning going……

“We were a group of PSU Alumni who gathered for the Blue/White game. The house was a perfect location and short drive the stadium! It also just up the road from Happy Valley Brewing where our large party had drinks and dinner our 1st evening. Everything at the house was very comfortable and suited all our needs.
