The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. If you are looking for a 10 out of 10, YOU HAVE FOUND IT! The formal Living Room has Beautiful Beams and Electric Fireplace w/ Sliding Glass Door walking out onto patio and pool. Upstairs you will find an amazing Master Suite, Two Closets, a spacious Master Bath w/ heated floors, and large Shower. Two additional bedrooms up w/ newly updated Baths. This house was exactly what we needed! It's the perfect spot to entertain, the open kitchen to the living room made it perfect to graze food, and have the football games on. And lets not forget about the amazing pool and hottub. Plenty of towels, floats and even a fun ring toss game! The best part of the stay though had to be the beds.....probably the most comfortable mattress, sheets, pillows and comforter we have ever felt! To the point that every couple looked up the brands so we could order for ourselves! I highly recommend this house!

Great location and neighborhood

We loved the neighborhood and took many walks to the park, walked around the pond, and played disc golf. The pool and hot tub was our entertainment during the evening.

Perfect getaway

The house was incredible! Very clean and had everything and anything you could need. Pool guy came the day we arrived so the pool was very clean and heated perfectly for us. The backyard was exquisite. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Bill was an amazing and attentive host!

Amazing Home Away From Home!

Such a lovely property! We stayed here while visiting family and really enjoyed it. It was unseasonably cool during our visit so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but the outdoor space is fantastic. The hot tub is amazing and was much appreciated since it was so cold. Great entertaining space and room to spread out. Three very nice and spacious bedrooms all with their own bathrooms! The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances, lots of cookware and utensils makes for preparing and serving food a breeze. Well supplied and laid out VRBO! We will stay here again when we get back to Kansas.

Mid-week vacay outside of KC

Visiting Family in Lenexa

Very nice neighborhood and house. Was a perfect place to stay while visiting family nearby for an early holiday. Pet friendly/great yard - which was important to us with our senior dogs that we prefer not to board. Property owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Will hopefully stay here again!
