Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, this spacious retreat features 4 inviting bedrooms and 2.5 sparkling bathrooms, offering all the modern amenities you need to feel right at home.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood that strikes the perfect balance between peace and convenience. You’ll be just a short walk to Oak Park Mall, where you’ll find shopping, dining, and entertainment options galore—from big-name stores to cozy coffee spots.
Need to get around? You're only one block from the 69 Hwy exit, making it super easy to explore the rest of Overland Park and the greater Kansas City area. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, family trip, or business stay, this location makes it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer—then come home to a calm, cozy space at the end of the day.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.
This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
