“Our 3rd stay which says it all really. Lovely villa in peaceful location without being remote. Pity abouf the weather for this trip but the games room came in very handy. Well equipped with quality items. Not the normal rental basic equipment. Hope to repeat next year ! ”

“We were very pleased with our decision to stay here. Lots of room for 4 adults with diverse sleeping preferences. Some liked to sleep in the full dark, others preferred to see the sunrise. Great location within walking distance of the park and the beach and downtown Monte Gordo. Nice market close by with almost everything we needed, and a short drive to larger grocery stores like Aldi in Tavira and San Antonio. Unfortunately too cool (even for Canadians!) to use the pool but we enjoyed the……

“We had an great stay at this beautiful house in Manta Rota. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the stunning beach and local restaurants. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a spatious outdoor area including a rooftop terrace. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday by the sea!”

“We came on holiday September 2024 as a family of 9 guests. When booking the Villa we thought the pictures and write up looked great for our needs. But the Villa was even more impressive than the photos could portray. Very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms well spaced out across the Villa and lots of social areas, so we never felt cramped. The games room was a bonus and even with 9 of us in there did not feel cramped. The outside area was beautiful with flowers, grass areas. The swimming pool……

“We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next……

“We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the new year holiday. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for home cooking. The house had not been occupied for some time before our arrival and was cold, but the mini split devices in each room were effective for heating. Working with the owner and the house manager, Emma, was very convenient and clear. If we returned to the area, we would consider staying at the property again. ”
