“Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well. We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work. Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day. Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed.……

“Appartement très agréable, confortable, avec une bonne literie. Bien qu'on entende les bruits de chaises ou d'enfants qui courent au dessus, l'insonorisation semble plutôt bonne dans l'ensemble. Juste un bémol sur 2 points : - la procédure d'arrivée : beaucoup d'attente... pour s'entendre dire qu'il faut patienter parce qu'on n'est pas sur que la chambre soit prête. J'ai au final eu ma clé à 17h45 alors que je pouvais arriver à partir de 17h - le dernier jour, alors qu'on doit quitter pour 10h,……

“Perfect location right next to Cabriolet ski lift down to Arc 1950 or very easy to ski direct to other ski lifts. Ski school pick ups very convenient. Spacious and well equipped apartments, with lovely views particularly on the West and South West/East side. The pool, sauna, steam and fitness room were great, especially if you avoided the busy period at the end of the day. ”

“I stopped over en route for England. Hotel has facilities I didn't use. Restaurant food very good service most helpful. ”

“Lovely apartment. Spa/pool etc. really good too. Right next to Super U, Intermarche and Boulangerie so very easy to cater. Good lockers/boot room. Shuttle bus to the Funicular stops right outside every 30 minutes. Reception very helpful. Wi-fi very weak - could be better and TV’s upgraded to Smart would be a bonus to access Netflix etc. for nights in. Would definitely recommend and saved a lot of ££ compared to staying in Les Arcs.”

“Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. When we got to the "right" hotel, they couldn't find our booking - absolute shambles. We were "lucky" we didn't have young children in tow. Also the……

“Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids”
