“Notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel où l'on se sent bien. Idéalement situé pour nous rendre au Summerside Festival de Grenchen. Pas vraiment le temps de profiter des environs, mais il y a des commerces proches et des facilités de parking. Pour avoir déjà testé le restaurant de l'hôtel, il est vraiment top. Et pour les personnes de l'hôtel, c'est toujours un plaisir de vous revoir et d'échanger quelques mots avec vous. A l'année prochaine... peut-être.”

“A correspondu parfaitement à ce dont j'avais besoin. La chambre était très propre et très calme avec une machine à café et quelques dosettes bienvenues le matin. "Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "

"Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. "
