“The house was immaculate! Every last detail was thought of, we walked in and instantly felt at home. The decor was very well thought out and executed made us feel like we were VIPS! The host (Ken) went out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking. He took time away from his day to welcome us with a phone call. Short drive to Charlotte and Ballantyne.The apartment itself could use a few touches. The accent wall paint for one thing, additional cookware (ovenware). “I absolutely loved staying in this quaint, clean, and convenient apartment just outside Charlotte. It’s easy get around the neighborhoods as well as get to the local transit and grocery stores/restaurants. Adam was EXTREMELY considerate and accommodating as this was a half business, half personal trip. Truly wonderful place to say and I will be staying here again upon future trips. 10/10 recommend for all those who need a relaxing and convenient place to stay. ”

“The apartment building was okay. BUT, it is on a very noisy road. Very noisy. The apartment itself was clean for the most part, although the sofa had stains and that was a turnoff. Very basic furnishings, but the beds were very comfortable and we did have plenty of towels etc... I did ask the property manager for the WIFI password and never got a response. Fortunately, I didn't HAVE to have it, because I would have been out of luck. It was nice enough for one night, but wouldn't stay here……

“We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable 2-bedroom suite in Waverly. The space was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were modern and spotless.The location is fantastic, with great restaurants, shops, and cafes just a short walk away. It was also an easy drive to Uptown Charlotte.The host was friendly and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!”

“Nice quiet, cozy place. Neighborhood felt safe. I liked that you could see the woods in the backyard. The only input I would give is that I found hair on the bed and hair on the extra blanket provided on the bed (yuck). There was also some crusty food on some of the utensils and dishes. “I'm biased about the area since I live a half mile away, so I know how beautiful it is here. This property is peaceful and perfect. The hosts here are just wonderful. We had family coming in that I couldn't accommodate at my house. Pam and Tom went out of their way to be sure our elderly aunts had everything they needed and were absolutely wonderful. The farm animals were a joy to be around - this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway.”

“This property was perfect for our stay. It was about 10 minutes away from the aquatic center. The area felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. There is one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except garbage bags. There weren't any garbage bags in any trash can, so we just used grocery store bags in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were extra comforters. The bathrooms had soap but no shampoo, conditioner or……
