“It was nice and comfortable. ”

“This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place……

“We had a great time staying at The Heron House. The location is close to great restaurants within walking distance. We were close to Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs, where our niece was getting married. It was a great place to gather our family with our adult children. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality! ”

“Nice place. It is upstairs, which is posted in the listing (we just overlooked it). It's an older place and a bit outdated, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The communication and service with the owners was top notch; she ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was nice and comfortable, and we would stay here again.”
