"The broadway is a great hotel which I keep going to due to it's key location. Food and staff are great. Free parking is handy. The only criticism is the rooms are a bit tired and outdated but I don't really care about that. Overall it's a pleasant stay"

"I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed."
