Einschlafen zum Meeresrauschen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser grandios gelegenen Wohnung! Die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt am Meer und am Strand - ich habe im direkt zum Meer gelegenen Zimmer geschlafen und habe mich an manchen abenden "verkehrt herum" ins Bett gelegt um beim Einschlafen und Aufwachen auf das Meer zu blicken :-) In dieser wunderbar und ruhig gelegenen Wohnung - die sich wie ein "Beachhouse" anfühlt - ist jeder Art Urlaub denkbar: Strandurlaub mit Kindern, romantischer Urlaub als Paar oder auch mit Familie/Freunden, da es genügend Platz gibt (drei Schlafzimmer, eine davon mit Schlafcouch). Wir waren im Oktober dort und hatten den Strand fast für uns allein. Es ist eine schöne Ausgangslage um die Ostküste zu entdecken - Taormina, Savoca, die Weinstraße des Ätna, Catania & Syracus, um nur einige unsere Ausflugsziele zu nennen. Vor und nach den Ausflügen ohne viel Aufwand direkt ins Meer springen zu können ist unbeschreiblich schön! Ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall dabei haben, da die Wohnung nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen ist. Simona ist eine sehr herzliche, zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieterin, mit stets guten Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, authentische Restaurants usw. und die jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Der Kontakt lief sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit - auch wenn eine Woche viel zu kurz ist, um diese schöne Insel zu entdecken! Danke Simona! :)

Traumhaftes Apartment mit Meerrauschen

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche zu viert (2Paare) in diesem wunderschönen Apartment. Die Lage ist toll, ein schöner Strand liegt einem zu Füßen, die Terrasse einfach gigantisch… Wir haben das Frühstück mit Blick auf das glitzernde Meer sehr genossen! Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist ganz neu und sogar im Bad hat man Meerblick! Simona ist eine reizende und umsichtige Gastgeberin und spricht auch perfekt Deutsch. Alles in allem ein Traumurlaub und sehr empfehlenswert!

Best beach house ever!

We had a wonderful stay in this beach house. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group. Great views from the balconies. Loved the quiet and the sound of the waves breaking on the shore right below us. Would definitely recommend and would LOVE to come back again. Thank you Simona for your hospitality!

Très bon accueil de Simona parlant le Français ce qui est très agréable lorsque l’on ne connaît pas l’Italien, dîner d’accueil offert avec produits régionaux accompagnés d’un bon vin . Elle nous a donné de très bonnes adresses, resto, petits villages à visiter et achats de spécialités locales. Appartement vue sur mer, les pieds dans l’eau. À conseiller.

Au son des vagues

Les pieds dans l'eau et idéalement placé pour explorer le nord-est de la Sicile, l'appartement dispose de 3 chambres correctes, mais la cuisine et la salle de bains ont connu des jours meilleurs. Superbe vue sur la mer et grand balcon. Simona est très aimable et a été de très bon conseil pour les visites dans la région et les bons restaurants.

Frühling auf Sizilien

Am Vorabend unseres Abflugs nach Sizilien stornierte die Agentur 'Homerez' ohne Angabe von Gründen unsere Unterkunft nahe Taormina. Was für ein Schreck!!! FeWo-direkt hatte vier Stunden Zeit, um uns eine Alternative zu besorgen - so landeten wir ungeplant in Fondaco Parrino nahe Letojanni. Im Vorsaisonmonat März hatten wir die gesamte Ferienanlage für uns allein, direkt vorm Haus der Strand und rund um die Uhr rauschende Wellen... Traumhaft! Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hell bis auf ein Schlafzimmer, was aber gar nicht stört, weil man sowieso die meiste Zeit auf dem Balkon oder am Strand verbringt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sauber und gepflegt, es finden sich viele kleine liebevolle Details in der Wohnungsausstattung. Auf der anderen Seite der Ferienanlage befindet sich die Eisenbahn, die man wegen des Wellenrauschens aber interessanterweise nicht wahrnimmt. Fondaco Parrino liegt ideal zwischen Taormina und Messina, so dass man viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreichen kann. Gefehlt hat uns einzig ein kleinerer Topf (mit Deckel) - die Wohnung ist für 6-8 Personen ausgelegt und dementsprechend die Größe des Kochgeschirrs... Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich verbindlich um alles, als Einheimische gibt sie wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen im Umland, die weitesten Blicke, die besten Restaurants. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Strand, was wir sehr genossen haben. Man braucht unbedingt einen Mietwagen, um sich vor Ort zu bewegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (abgesehen von einem kleinen Bäcker) sind in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Viele Ausflugsziele und weitere Strände und Buchten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind sehr hell und freundlich, eins davon mit einem weiteren Balkon, das dritte ist etwas dunkler, aber wir waren ohnehin die meiste Zeit auf dem großen Balkon oder am Strand. Die übrige Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, Küche und Bad sind - wie die Appartmentanlage insgesamt - schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unserer Urlaubsstimmung hat das aber keinen Abbruch getan. Ein Stern Abzug für Küche und Bad sowie das klapperige Sofa im Wohnzimmer... ;-)

The apartment was clean and wonderful with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed our three nights stay in the apartment. The place was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Simona was a wonderful hostess and we would love to return again! She was there to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again, it was close to Taormina with a beautiful view to wake up to! Thank you Simona for a wobderful visit! Great property right on the beach - listened to the waves breaking as I fell asleep

We stayed end of October so out of season so very quiet. The apartment backs straight onto the beach and we found it was like having a private beach (note time of year). It was just lovely watching the sun rise from your balcony and taking an early morning swim. Great for those looking for a quiet place and a typical holiday apartment (note there is no facilities near the apartment so plan for that). Obviously head to Taormina (we parked at the cable car near Isola Bella) but also drive up to ForzaD'argo too (great restaurants and views too). Only spent 3 nights so not much more to add.

Superschöner Strandurlaub

Die Fewo ist genau wie beschrieben. Sauber, toller Ausblick vom Balkon, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zusätzlich positiv überrascht waren wir von dem angenehm besuchten Sandstrand. Es ist so eine Art Privatstrand für die Ferienwohnungen dort und daher nicht überfüllt von Menschen und Booten. Wir haben die Abende am Strand mit Sternschnuppen schauen und essen der frisch geholten Pizza vom Bäcker (gleich oben an der Strasse) sehr genossen. Ich würde die Fewo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nice location right on the beach.

Thank you Simona! The apartment was great! Though the rest of the complex was a little worn down, Simona's apartment was clean and roomy -very nice - but the best part was beach being right there. You could sleep with the windows open and listen to the ocean. The air conditioning helped cool things down on hot afternoons. Simona was super-responsive. Whenever we had a question we would get a text response right away. 5 minutes drive to Letojanni with great food and a market. We very much enjoyed our short stay.
