“A fairly new property that was renovated only within the past two years, the facility appears brand new in all respects. Traditionally appointed in Amish fashion, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the amenities are convenient and plentiful, and the included breakfast is a clear upgrade from what most places offer. Scenic farmland views spread wide from the rear of the premises, and an onsite restaurant, traditional gift shop, theater of Amish history, Amish home and schoolhouse are all……

“I was happy that i was able to change my room to the second floor. first floor room had a machine that absorbs humidity and you have to dump the water when its full. the room needs a new rug. There was black mold in shower. my upstairs room was great!”

“Everything was good. The stairs going to the bottom level needs better lighting. I fell on the bottom step and luckily i did not break anything. Overall everything was good!”

“This place is an absolute GEM and exceeded all of our expectations. The only downside for me, that I can even think of, is that I didn't book the room for more time. The hospitality was amazing and such a beautiful experience. My wife and I would love to be back.”

“We stayed in the Pierce room… it was really nice… old but we liked the old charm. They gave us breakfast at the Speckled Hen across the road,( we just walked over) which was also nice. A lot to do very close by also. ”

“The building is old, but in working order and definitely was completely fine for a night stay close to our son’s baseball tournament. The restaurant was exceptionally good it felt like a hidden gem. There were many locals eating there. We’d go back for the location and restaurant. ”
