“We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. The next day they did their best to close up the broken window of our car all by their own volition. The hotel, food and service plus incredible view……

“Great hotel! Loved the location! We walked to amazing dining just 1/1 miles to the south along the beautiful waterfront where there were many excellent choices. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and kind to us and we appreciated that very much. The breakfast was excellent. Everything we could have wanted and excellent service. “My favorite boutique hotel ever! It is so quaint and quiet and right in front of the sea. I love how small it is with just a few rooms. The staff treat you like family and are always very helpful. And the complimentary breakfast with the view is wonderful! And there are so many things to see and do within walking distance.”

“Quadruple room was too small even for 1 person. We stayed in much bigger and better hotel in nearby La Spezia for half the price. Also the description was misleading, it said 2 double beds and 2 single beds, while it actually was 1 double bed (which is for 2 people) and 1 bunk bed. Check in was cumbersome as they couldn't explain in clear English that that room can actually take 4 people, also the room reeked tobacco smoke (though they changed it after). I will not stay in this hotel again. It……
