Det var jättebra att samtliga sovrum hade badrum när man är ett stort sällskap. I köket kunde vi laga goda middagar att njuta av på den vackra terassen. “Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work……

"Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept. But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. At that time, I thought that hotels plateform only deducted the money for one night, so I paid by credit card for another night. Now the situation is that I only stayed for one night, but they charged me for three nights and refuse to give back the repaid amount to me with no explanation. I write down my experience in this hotel on the hotels APP to warn future travelers to pay attention to their front desk routines."
