“We were very happy with our stay. The room looked exactly like the website photos. The location was convenient-close enough to walk to all the sites without being right in the middle of a touristy area.
The nearby lookout was busy at night and a wee bit noisy, but not too late and nothing that was every bothersome at all. Also, no elevator on site-fine for us but it could matter for others.

“When we booked the hotel reply was their lift was not working , we got very worried cause we are in our early 70's. But they offer me an upgrade to another property of their's around the block. When we arrived in there , smooth check in and there's a gentleman helped us with our luggage all the way to our room.

“Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞”

“O espaço do quarto é ótimo, cama maravilhosa, tem uma mini cozinha que dá pra preparar algo rápido, aquecer e frigobar. A única coisa que não gostamos foi o espaço do box do banheiro, que é minúsculo, bem desconfortável. O banheiro é grande, poderia ter 10cm cada lado tranquilamente e até bem mais. A sacada é bem agradável também e atendimento na recepção excelente. Muito simpáticas. Tem estacionamento dentro, pago, mas só 4 vagas, então reserve se for precisar. ”

“Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B
"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
