Magical Beach Kiwi Bach

Very sunny, well appointed, beachfront holiday home in popular Waitarere. All the comforts of home and very relaxing. Watch the sea from kitchen, living and bedrooms or watch Netflix, Lightbox, SkyTV or a dvd in surround sound. Board games, books and board music selection. Plus boogie boards (stored in the laundry). Enjoy surfing the net on unlimited Wifi.

Interrupted travel due to COVID, we'll provide 100% refund. If you choose to transfer your reservation dates, you'll receive a 20% discount/refund.

Two double bedrooms, with extra double bed in the sun room (duvets and pillows supplied).
Established garden.
Smoking outside only.
Special conditions:
Discounts available for longer stays.
Public and School Holidays will attract peak rates.
Guests to vacate The Beach House by 12:00 midday on day of departure. Arrival time from 2pm onwards.
We understand that items will get broken. If this happens please advise us.
Minimum tarrif=$150.00 (relevant for one night stays)

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

COVID and Cancellations
We offer a full refund for all cancellations that are Covid related upto your arrival date. Alternatively, if you choose to book alternative dates due changes in Covid levels, you'll receive a 20% discount/refund.

Wonderful bach
We loved staying here, first time but hoping we will be back. Great to be able to take the dog, thank you. Very comfortable bach. Appreciated the no cleaning fee, good to back to how holiday homes used to be! We love the beach and the biking. Beds comfy and lounge and view lovely. Thank you.

Fabulous beach stay
Always love staying at this property. Back from the street and a private track to the beach. All day sunlight and a large deck for indoor outdoor living. Perfect for a wee break away.

Relax and recharge
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house is cosy and friendly so I felt at home instantly. It was very private with wonderful views and so close to the beach for daily walks with my dog. Such a lovely quiet area and a treat to hear the roar of the sea, see a big and beautiful blue sky and such wonderful stars at night. Very close to Levin and the Kapiti coast for shopping and dining. Thanks so much for letting me bring Maisy and making us both feel so comfortable.

Five stars whatever the weather
I've been staying at this property for decades and it's always the perfect getaway. It's comfy, warm, has everything you need, has old school charm, close to shops and amazing bakery, and the highlight is the balcony and views to beach and sea which are just seconds away.

Quintessential Kiwi Bach
Amazing location, stunning sunsets, doggo heaven, dvds and cds galore, games and a jigsaw table, fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Offstreet parking for 2 and near the forrest end. Would highly reccomend.

Its a beach heaven

Amazing Location
Quintessential kiwi bach, amazing location, very comfy. The only negative was the stale smell of cigarette smoke which once we opened all windows and doors went after a day.
