“Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner. ”

“We had such a fun family trip to Niagara Falls and this house was perfect for what we needed. We were on vacation with two parents in their 80's and we needed the accessible downstairs bedroom and bathroom with handrails. There were no other properties near the Falls that had these available. We were able to walk to everything, and my parents rented mobility scooters and went everywhere with us. “We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. Space was just what we needed for our extended family visit that included kids and adults. Located around the corner from an ice cream spot the kids loved walking to. “Our stay at this property was exceptional! John was a warm, welcoming, and responsive host. We love the fact that we had 2 secure parking spots instead of having to find street parking. This also made it easy to unload and load our cars.The property is such a fun space. We played with the lighting (setting whatever mood we desired), enjoyed the balcony, lounged on the comfy couches and oversized chair, listened to music through the sound bar, enjoyed shows and movies from the many options……
