“I was in town for a family reunion and just needed a one night stay. I was so pleased when I pulled up and saw this cute house. The inside is decorated perfectly and very cozy to stay for the night. I ended up being the envy of my family and had most of the teenage girls come stay with me. The host was very accommodating to let me up my numbers. It is a great location right by the store. Everyone forgets something when they go away :-) I would stay here again and recommend it to every friend. It……

“You can tell they're very conscientious of kids staying here, all corners are rounded, and they have have baby gates available for upstairs and downstairs. Thank you!The home was also very well cleaned. We have two rugrats that will find anything that wasn't cleaned off the floor. They didn't find a single thing, it was spotless!The kids also had fun playing with the provided toys and exploring outside. It was great for us parents too, having the sauna and fast internet. Next time we're visiting……

“We were in town for the USU graduation and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment had everything we needed and was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. They even provided an assortment of coffee and tea. The location is fantastic, withith walking distance to a park (sidewalks the entire way) and we even walked into town a few mornings for fantastic coffee at Ibis. A short drive to campus, too!The hosts were very responsive and friendly with communication. This will be our go-to……

“The host was very accommodating and nice. It was perfect for us to have a little get together for our friend’s birthday. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The next day we went to Maple Grove hot springs which ended up not being terribly far away and a really nice drive.”

“John is an excellent host. The house may be old but it has everything you need and more! Great location. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get out of them. Small details like having fresh water in the keurig and in the frig and toiletries ready for use in the bathrooms were a nice welcome. We will be coming back! “We were looking for a place right in Smithfield that was close to our Daughter's home while we were in town for a family event. This was just blocks from her home and provided ALL the space the 6 adults and 2 children needed. We enjoyed the theater room for a movie night, played ping pong and skee ball all hours of the night and had room around the kitchen table for all of us. We had a great trip. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. ”
