“Great little spot in a cool neighborhood. It was perfect for what we needed. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. We will stay there again for sure.”

“Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!”

“We stopped on our way to South Carolina for the night. It was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. The host was always available when we had questions - no matter how big or small. He had recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. He thought of everything from coffee station to toiletries you may have forgotten. In a good location to the highway. This is a great place to stay for the night or for an extended stay.”

Everything you need is provided, except - be sure to bring your own Keurig pods or your own coffee, coffee maker - as that is not provided. Otherwise - everything you could possibly need is present. “My husband and I discovered this little gem while making a last minute trip to Lake Murray. We were looking for something small, simple and quiet in an established neighborhood on the lake. The apartment offers all of the simplistic needs for a short vacation. The space was very clean, having all of the amenities needed for our stay. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect and the location is close to Lexongton, Columbia area if wanting to head out for a day trip.The host communicated well with……
