“House was in a perfect location for us, and we loved the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. Parking was easy, designated spot was well marked. Owner was responsive and friendly. Everything was exactly as described.”

“We spent one night for an event at U of SC. The address in our email for directions was to a different location but I contacted the host and received the correct address which was also in the email as driving directions. The host apologized and said that was supposed to have been fixed. Over all it was in a good location, was very clean and quiet. Very convenient for a one night stay. ”

“Nothing to tell”

“The furniture is dated, the sofa should be replaced. The garbage disposal did not work. Opening the dish washer forced us to air the place out and use a strong air freshener. We had to clean the debris from the patio to use it. we had to buy batteries for the remote. The TV has an annoying circle brightness in the middle of the screen. Oh, it may attract people who like trains since the tracks were right behind a house next door. Perhaps making a mention of that would help. The whistle……

“Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!”
