Summary:
Welcome to this charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! As you walk through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that features large windows, providing plenty of natural light. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, new countertops, and plenty of storage space. Just off the kitchen is a cozy dining room, perfect for hosting dinner parties or quiet meals at home.

The home has 4 bedrooms, each with ample closet space and plenty of room for all of your belongings. The bedrooms are split equally with 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second. The upstairs bedrooms each have 2 beds in them, bringing the total bed count to 6 tempurpedic mattresses.

Step outside and you'll find a large, fenced-in backyard, perfect for hosting barbecues or letting the kids and pets run around. There's also a 2-car garage, providing plenty of storage space for your vehicles and extra belongings.

Property needs a thorough cleaning. Heat was left off so the house was 44 degrees when we arrived. Manager tried to help, even sent some cookies. They claimed they would refund the cleaning fee but never did.

Family Fall Extravaganza
We came to Lexington to visit our kids and grandkids. This home was perfect for our entire family, with plenty of spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, living room space. The internet is fast enough for all devices, we were able to cheer our favorite teams on to victory and we were able to have meals at the house which always makes it easier and economical. The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary food equipment. With 7 adults and two infants, the bathrooms are nice, with plenty of bath towels and the water heated never ran out of hot water. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for our personal needs. Seth is a great communicator and was available at any time of the day, always ensuring our stay was going well! It was fun to stay in an older home which has been updated and well taken care of. The home is located in a quiet area, we felt safe to walk around. Thank you Seth for having this home and available for our use.

We were a party of 4 in town for the Kentucky Derby. This house suited our needs perfectly. 4 large bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space. House was absolutely spotless and nicely decorated. Very convenient to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. They even went above and beyond to return an item when one of our party left a jacket. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Very Good Experience
The property is beautiful and easily accommodated my group. From start to finish Seth was available to answer questions and make the stay smooth. We were in town for the bourbon trail which was a short 30 min drive. Anything we wanted to do in town was a short drive or Uber ride away. We would absolutely stay at this property again

Perfect for the family!
This house was not only immaculately clean, but there were thoughtful touches throughout to make our stay a breeze - a full set of ALL the spices, cookware, extra towels, etc. The ping pong in the basement was a bonus and a great way to get everyone moving on a rainy day. We may not have been in our home for Christmas, but we felt very much at home in this adorable house!

Graduation Weekend
We were in Lexington for our son’s graduation. We had a great stay!! Seth was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The house was perfect and exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space. We all said it gave the vibes of my grandparents house in St. Louis which is a major compliment. We will suggest staying here for anyone looking for a place.

Convenient Clean Wonderful Stay
We had a family reunion in KY and chose this instead of several hotel rooms. It was fabulous. Lots of room - clean - close to a Walmart for groceries etc. The owners were GREAT to communicate with and made us feel welcome. kitchen was good size for food prep for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. We would stay again!!!
