I like the safety and convenience of the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were ok. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and extremely basic. I woke up with a sore back and did not sleep well at all due to lack of comfort.

We stayed on a trip from Florida to Ohio and arrived very tired. Check in was smooth and the front desk lady was very helpful. One of the best nights sleep we had in a long time. Thank you so much. Area around the hotel is close to dining and gas and felt very safe. Very clean and orderly. We left before the breakfast was available but that’s because we had a time deadline. Definitely will be back.

Staff was all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Walls and surfaces in common areas were pretty beat up and showed water damage in multiple places. Pool needs drained and repaired. It has many spots with disintegrating concrete and when you walk in the pool you're walking on cement debris. Air conditioner was extremely loud and made a buzzing sound while running then a loud thud every time it kicked in or off. Overall good location and good staff. Maintenance needs to give the property some tlc.

The beds wasn’t all that great kinda hard and the deposit they charge takes forever to go back on your card it’s been 5 days and nothing yet that is a little disappointing and I thought that it would have been more classy for the price but no it’s pretty standard I think I’ll stay at the GLO next time!!!!!

I've stayed at motels that were better kept than this place. Holes in the wall in the pool room, visible damage in rooms, even something as simple as worn lettering on some signs which is a cheap fix. The hot water was out on the whole building during prime shower time Saturday morning. Most hotels have a backup boiler so that if one breaks down, guests still have hot water, but apparently this place doesn't! Coffee in room was only dark roast. Continental breakfast was limited in my opinion compared to others, and the coffee down there was not any better. They even allowed a private party to completely take over the lobby on Saturday night. Music, noisy, kids running around everywhere... I've never seen a hotel close their public space in the lobby for a private party and subject their guests to all the noise from it like that. For the amount we paid to stay here, I expected MUCH better!

This hotel isshowing signs of age in the rooms, elevators, etc. The worst part of our experience was that We checked in on Wednesday, and by Friday evening we still had not had our room serviced. We were very busy and got in late both Thursday and Friday and our room had never been cleaned or beds made, garbage not emptied, no clean towels, etc. The A/C in our room rattled so loud we had to turn it off and sleep with the window open. We were simply too tired to ask to be moved when I called the front desk Friday about our room not being serviced. Housekeeping had already left for the day so it was finally cleaned on Saturday, so we had a fresh room for 1 night. We found someone's clipped toenails on the carpet that were there when we checked in so the room had not been vacuumed prior to our check in either. The breakfast is not great--but that's typical anymore. On a positive note tge Coffee was good and the shower pressure was good.

Stayed one night in a King 'Suite' while on vacation. The room was clean but some of the amenities (i.e. TV) were non-functional. The bed was outdated and is in definite need of replacement. Breakfast was a typical American cafeteria-style setup that was decent but nothing more. Front desk staff was welcoming and pleasant.

We stayed here after the Tyler Childer’s concert. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The beds were a little hard but I had a bunch of pillows to compensate. They also had good coffee and free breakfast the next morning. Would stay here again.
