This luxury farmhouse, built in 2023 for short-term guests, is the perfect place to explore Lexington. Enjoy a chef-worthy kitchen, elegant bathroom with soaking tub, hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace. The garage game room features a golf simulator, ping pong, and foosball—perfect for kids and adults. Sleep in comfort with memory foam beds and premium linens. A sister property nearby can be booked for groups up to 24—just ask!

This amazing home has been designed and decorated to make your stay as comfortable, fun or relaxing as possible. You'll find all of the basic amenities here including Hulu + Netflix access so you can enjoy some time off while traveling!

Reunion

Five adult couples who get together once a year to catch up. We found the house very clean and enjoyed the location. It was convenient to the sights we wanted to see. Seth was very communicative and responded to my questions promptly every time. We would like to have ten chairs that would fit around the dining table. Even folding chairs would work. I would definitely recommend this home rental. It is well maintained.

Friends AUBURN/KY game plus

Our stay was great. The house was very accommodating for our friends trip of 6 couples. We had a blast! Weather was great! We got together for Auburn football but included the bourbon trail and Keeneland horse races. We cooked steaks on the grill, played games and enjoyed the hot tub!! Great location. All very clean and comfortable.

Awesome location and a very clean and spacious house!!

4 golf friends (in our 60’s) met for golf and the races at Keeneland. The house was very well equipped, spacious and had a lot of nice amenities. It was located near downtown and close to many bars and restaurants!! We will return!! Thanks Seth!!

Great house for a family stay

The open floor plan made the house very comfortable everyone. We had plenty of space to cook, play games, and just sit and talk. Also, there were plenty of bathrooms so we didn't have to take turns. This was a great house.

Bourbon Trail and UK/ GA Football weekend!

Perfect house for a Lexington weekend with friends! We are all looking forward to coming back! The kitchen was large and had plenty of flatware and glasses. Very clean and well maintained. The beds and home decor was beautiful and comfortable. We are looking forward to staying with these hosts again.

Football/Bourbon Trail Weekend

This was a great house. We had four couples and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The house was very clean with all of the amenities you could want or need. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus in my book. I would absolutely re-book this property and recommend to family/friends. The one thing I might suggest would either be a fan or citronella candles on the porch as the mosquitoes were plentiful.

Amazing Getaway in Lexington

We had a great time!! The house is absolutely beautiful and has wonderful amenities. The amount of large beds and bathrooms makes it a great stay for a large family and/or several couples. The house seems brand new and is well kept and extremely clean. The neighborhood is completely fine and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Our child will be attending UK next year and this will be a great return property for the next four years. Seth, property manager, was extremely attentive and assisted with check-in and check-out for ease of the procedures. So glad we found this fantastic option. We will definitely be back!

Great house!

The house was beautiful, super spacious and clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but it’s not terrible - we felt safe in the house and the house had so much room for the kids Host was wonderful, great communication! Will def stay here again

Beautifully decorated and comfortable house

We were a group of eight adults. This home was a great fit for us. Each couple had a bedroom and a bathroom. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and at the dining room table. We enjoyed the back porch and the hot tub which was very clean and easy to operate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of soft, good quality towels. The house was easy to find and easy to access from the highways and main streets. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely consider staying in the house again if we make it back to the Lexington area. Highly recommend.

Great House!

A Perfect Stay in Lexington with SixGen Rentals!

Our recent stay in Lexington managed by Sixgen Rentals, was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we booked, we had a wonderful experience working with the host. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The location of the home was ideal for exploring Lexington, providing easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. It offered the perfect balance between the convenience of the city and the tranquility of a residential neighborhood, making it an excellent base for our adventures in the area. What truly set this property apart were the amenities, particularly the hot tub, which was a hit with our family. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The kids, meanwhile, were thoroughly entertained in the game room, which was stocked with a variety of games that kept them engaged and happy throughout our stay. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with all the comforts and conveniences we could ask for. It’s clear that Sixgen Rentals pays close attention to detail and prioritizes the guest experience. We will definitely be coming back to this VRBO on our next visit to Lexington and will be using Sixgen Rentals for our future accommodation needs in the area.
