Summary:
New remodel in Gardenside! This 4BR, 2.5BA is 2025 sq ft. Brand new kitchen with marble tops, island, stainless appliances, wall opened to family room w/fireplace, kitchen also provides dining area that opens to new deck with patio furniture and grill. Great central location, only 10 minutes from Keeneland, 20 minutes to the Kentucky Horse park and 9 min to UK. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses.

The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful Airbnb home, featuring a spacious layout that's perfect for families and groups. The first floor boasts two bedrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens up into a cozy living room, making it ideal for entertaining. The space flows seamlessly into the deck out back, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or gather with friends and family for a BBQ.

Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and another bathroom, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The finished basement is an added bonus, featuring a ping pong table and a comfortable seating area, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The back yard is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, with plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax. This home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and entertainment, making it the ideal destination for your next getaway.

5 star hosts and very comfortable stay!

We loved our stay! 4 adults, 2 teens, and a tween. Everybody agreed the beds were the most comfortable we've had at a Vrbo stay. The property was very clean, well supplied, and convenient to everything in the Lexington area. We enjoyed the ping pong table and space to gather downstairs, as well as the great back yard! Our hosts checked in and made our stay great with lots of really good recommendations for eateries close by. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful

The house was wonderful. It is walking distance to a park and groceries. The beds are comfortable and the kids loved the ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The yard had plenty of room for kids to runaround and the family enjoyed the back porch furniture. Having a bathroom on each floor helped with never having to wait…lol

Wonderful Lexington experience!

We enjoyed our VRBO stay. It was so close to the Mill Ridge horse farm we toured as well as Keeneland racetrack and many eateries and interesting places such as the Children’s museum!

We enjoyed the house for our family. Had a chance for all of my kids and their partners to come celebrate together and not have to leave the house, for the most part. It was a very cute house with plenty of beds and space for everyone. Thank you!

It was a nice, very clean house in a quiet neighborhood ... close to several bourbon distilleries. Table tennis table in the basement was very nice. Spent mist of our free time playing ping pong.

Excellent property

This property lives up to the description and more. There was plenty of space for our family, 4 couples in all. The ping pong table in the basement made for some fun family competition. We had everything we needed for some memorable family meals. The location was excellent for easy day trips exploring the surrounding areas. We would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to Kentucky.

Top notch location!!!

This was our first time to Lexington and I've never had a host go so above and beyond in letting us know all of the great options of things to do along with making sure all of our needs were met! The home is so charming and comfortable from the high-quality beds, the well appointed kitchen, the outstanding back porch to the awesome game room downstairs! It’s three floors of comfy accommodations! We especially loved the back porch and a highlight for me was watching the fireflies at dusk overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The location can't be beat and Seth is definitely an awesome host! I highly recommend this property!
