This luxury Sixgen Rentals remodel (2022) is the perfect Lexington getaway. Just minutes from downtown, it features a chef’s kitchen, cozy fireplace, and spa-like bedrooms with memory foam beds. The Space:
This new custom remodel by Sixgen Rentals was completed in summer of 2022 and is now ready for your Lexington vacation. The space is perfect for hosting groups who appreciate a high end experience and great location to downtown. This property is equipped with large windows that allow for maximum natural light inside as well an outdoor porch with a view of the back yard firepit and Hot Tub, it's the perfect home away from home. This chef's open concept kitchen is the perfect place to host your next vacation dinner. It comes complete with everything you need and has an open floor plan that will make it easy for everyone in attendance feel right at home! The family room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. It has an inviting gas log fireplace that'll keep you warm all winter! The bedrooms are all fitted with top of the line memory foam mattresses and pillows to ensure that you get a restful night's sleep. As a bonus the garage has been set up as a game room that will entertain kids and adults for hours. Foosball, pop-o-shot, darts and ping pong there is something for everyone! Total awesome

The home was above our expectations. Very well maintained and clean. There was everything we needed when we arrived, coffee, trashbags, toilet paper, towels sheets, shampoo if needed, hair dryer and all cooking ware and more. My grandkids and the adult children were never bored due to the fanastic game room. Downtown was in walking distance for entertainment and travel time was not bad for sights we planned to see like noah ark, cavern and hiking trails, distilleries, horsebacking riding and races, even going to louisville sights. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Home in the Middle of it All

We came to Lexington to go to Keeneland over Easter break. This house is absolutely wonderful and we will be returning to this same property. Beautiful yet cozy. And perfectly located to get where you need to go in Lexington. A must see!

Great House in Lexington

This house lives up to everything you see in the photos. The house is an older house that has been well preserved and renovated with nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was the perfect house for a group of guys in town to see a Football game. Communication with the owner Seth was seamless and the coordination checking in and checking out was very easy. The house is located in a slightly transitional neighborhood, but we enjoyed walking to the restuarants and bars downtown. All of the amenities are exactly as advertised. The hot tub, the fire pit, and all the games are well maintained and fun to use while you are staying at the house. My friends and I would stay here again if we visit Lexington in the future.

Gorgeous home with all the amenities!

We stayed for a full week while my daughter competed at the Kentucky Horse Park for National Champs. It was a wonderful size house for our family and everyone felt comfortable and had their own space. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts have thought of everything (multiple hair dryers, small sound/sleep machines, hot tub towels). The location was great, easy access to the Horse Park and also gave us the opportunity to explore University of Kentucky and the different neighborhoods and we also had time to sample the local restaurants which were delish! I would highly recommend and would stay again should we come back to Lexington.

Property was very clean and was exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. We felt safe walking to downtown restaurants. I would recommend walking a block over to Limestone Street if you plan on walking instead of following GPS.

Great location and a great host

We stayed for a guys weekend to see a Kentucky basketball game. What a great house! Only 2 miles from Rupp and all the action downtown. Seth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. This house is absolutely perfect for large groups looking to enjoy downtown Lexington and it's surrounding area.

Super awesome house for a group!

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my spouse's birthday. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were awesome, and all the amenities were great! It was a nice surprise to have such a well equiped kitchen; I was able to make brunch for the group with no issues.

My niece was married in downtown Lexington. This home was perfect for getting to the wedding and reception venue. Ten of us stayed here and had more than enough room.
