Nice Cul-de-sac!

The location was great! Off the main drag a few blocks, so quiet but still close to everything. The house was very clean but the trash outside was a bit gross. We were told it would be picked up Saturday morning but it was still there when we checked out Sunday. Will look for the availability of this next time we head to Lexington.

Clean & well-stocked

The house is bigger than the pictures convey. It has a large fenced in yard for those with kids that need to stretch their legs. Our only suggestion would be for fans in the smaller two bedrooms for air flow at night. The beds were comfortable. It is close to several grocery stores & restaurants. We would stay here again given the opportunity! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Wedding weekend

The house was conveniently located for everything we needed to celebrate a family wedding, including Keeneland and shopping. The kitchen was spacious and included a double oven! The house was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. I would stay there again.

Great Location

Great house. Perfectly comfortable. Very responsive property manager. Convenient, walkable location. Kitchen and dining room are great for family gatherings. Family room could use more lighting. Wifi didnt work during 4/5 of our stay. I wish we could have a small credit for that inconvenience. Otherwise, the house worked very well for us. Loved having the yard and patio!

Perfect 'home' for the week

We stayed here during Thanksgiving week to be close to family and it met our needs perfectly. There were a couple small comforts of home missing (sponge and dish towels in the kitchen, recycling bucket outside), but otherwise well stocked. There was even a blender so I could make my side dish to bring for Thanksgiving dinner. :)

Clean property with many amenities. Soaps, detergents, etc amply supplied. Welcome book was helpful. WiFi was weak at times with occasional disconnects. Beds were comfortable. TV's were Roku and had antennas for HD digital. Some of us arrived early and were allowed access. Washer/Dryer worked well. Didn't use stove except to boil some water. Double oven was clean but not used by us.

Close to campus, restaurants and shops

Property worked for our family of 4 with college move-in. Enough parking for car trailer, truck and daughter’s Jeep. Was managed by a company so not as convenient and responsive with requests(Ie asked for early check in and note from property management was owner had to approve. Owner email noted 24-48 hours to respond to emails and still waiting). Trash was over flowing and inquired on how to care for it but was told to contact guest services. I own a property I VRBO and take pride in prompt communications. Details also were sent in an email vs VRBO app. Overall nice property, nice neighborhood and fit our needs.

Perfect Road trip pause

Was just what my family of four needed. Quiet house with a yard. Allowed us to explore the Lexington area and break up our long road trip with a brief stop off as well. I think this was my best VRBO experience yet and would stay here again in the future.

UK orientation weekend

I very much appreciated the cleanliness of the property, both inside and outside. There was a cute patio area with a grill we would have enjoyed using if we had more downtime and if a very bad storm had not hit! The property management company was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. There was a wide spread power outage during some of our stay. We were relieved to find a flashlight in the closet. The management company checked on us via text message and inquired about What we might need during the outage, very thoughtful response to a crazy situation. I will definitely choose to stay here again.
