We booked in the morning and by the time we were on the road, i80 closed due to the blizzard that moved through in March. It was literally impossible for us to get there. The property isn’t responsive to our requests for a refund. I work in hotels and totally understand policies are in place for a reason but when authorities have closed roads due to safety concerns there needs to be flexibility. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else

Not Worth your business

Checked in sent me to dirty used room, got another room sheets were not clean and hole in bathroom door with stickers covering. Then got up in morning and continental breakfast wasn’t available because “breakfast” person didn’t show up.

Our front desk clerk was very friendly, however the computer was having issues when we checked into the hotel. Thank goodness I had printed out my reservation information.

Food on the carpet between fridge and desk. No effort to vacuum between furniture. All corners in bathroom had dirt and/or mildew. Breakfast was disappointing. Redeeming qualities: bed was ok and towels were good. Probably would not stay again.

SCAM ALERT

This hotel is a scam. Payed and booked the room and they wouldn’t give me one and told me to cancel through hotels.com . but when i did that, i didn’t get a refund because apparently the hotel wasn’t responding. both hotels.com & this particular hotel are EXTREMELY unprofessional. save your money and go somewhere else .

Smelled terrible

My son, partner, and I stayed here for a brief few hours as we made our way across the country on a move back to the east coast. We arrived late and had been traveling for 14 hours with our dogs. The room smelled of cat urine and a completely overpowering cleaner (which I assume was to try and cover up the cat urine smell). I have never stayed somewhere that smelled as bad as this room did. The gentleman at the front desk had already seemed like we were a bother and we were too exhausted to go ask for a different room. We woke up with headaches and headed out as quickly as possible. Would not stay here again.
