This waterfront bungalow with a deck along with a pier, floating dock and fire pit is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a private road. You are a short drive from Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and Salisbury and only 49 minutes from Charlotte off of I-85. Two night minimum stay. During Christmas and New Year's arrival and departure one day before or after the holiday and AND not on the holiday.

The waterfront bungalow, is furnished and ready for you and your guests. Whether you choose to rent the house for a week, or a weekend, you'll enjoy all of the following amenities:

The Lake: is in direct view of the front of the house. There is a deck and ramp that leads to the pier and floating dock. Boat launching area is available. Absolutely no swimming on or from property including pier and floating dock. Parents assume total responsibility for watching and monitoring their children when outside, especially around the lakw water.

The Neighborhood: This is a private community. Most neighboring homes are used only seasonally.
