“A really comfortable and charming property. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was also good (even for me with a bad back). The location is superb - in a quiet valley, an easy walk to Bolton castle and just a stroll to Aysgarth waterfalls. As a map will show, really close to Wensley and Leyburn with nice pubs. Juliet and David were very friendly hosts (as were the sheep).”

“A really nice, well-appointed house with a lovely garden and great views. In a very quiet location, but only a few minutes stroll from the local pub, which serves excellent food, this house is a great place to come and relax and is also a good base for walking the dales. We loved it.”

“Fantastic find. Lovely views. We were blessed with new born lambs to watch. It's quiet apart from a variety of bird song, lovely. Each pod is labelled and has a discrete fencing/ stone wall for privacy. The hut itself was clean and in great condition and a good temperature. Perfect size for a couple. There is a double sofa bed for 2 more, but that would be extremely cosy. Kitchen area is fine for self catering. Don't bring too much as the fridge is small, but it does have a tiny ice box for ice……

“Awesome cottage! You really feel isolated and remote there; proper relaxation. But still close enough to be within a ten minute drive of Ingleton, and trailheads up to Ingleborough are also only 10 mins drive away. Will definitely be booking again soon! ”

“My husband and I stayed at the lovely cottage in Grassington. It was just ideal for us. We really did not use the kitchen much as there were so many nice options for breakfast and lunch in town. Everything was easy walking distance including access to lovely hiking trails just a short wander not far from the unit’s front door. Everything was very comfortable & immaculate. Would definitely return. ”

“The property was as described and pictured on the website. The cottage was spotless and the host was friendly and helpful, and responsive to our requests. The location is perfect for accessing the various shops, post office and library in the village. Parking was a big plus for a property right in the village.”
