“This is a great venue. It is affordably priced, conveniently located, artfully maintained in accordance with it original style (wooden floors and picket rail porch, antique furniture, etc.). I felt unique and pampered in my room. I even heard a train whistle nearby in the early wee hours of the morning, reassuring and comforting rather than disturbing. I hope to return for a longer stay.”

“It is so clean and cozy to sleep here. I love the local town and proximity to great slopes.”

“This barn was very clean and cozy. We loved all of the original wood and morning sunlight. It is attached to another house and shares a driveway. The hot tub was easy to use, although the directions were outdated. The property manager was very responsive and answered questions quickly. At night, the stars were extremely visible. Wilmington was a great small town with good food and local shopping. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Being only 15 minutes from places to eat, we had total privacy and quiet. The surrounding forest and nearby river are great and make you feel like you have escaped somewhere. Plenty of room for a family of four with a loft and a private room. Living space was nicely setup. If you want to prep your own meals during a stay, this place has all that you would need. Coffee maker, grinder, and some coffee were there. A dishwasher was excellent. A washer and drier on site make it……
