“We stayed 3 nights. Excellent location walked everywhere. Room was big and so was the bathroom. Definitely use the lift entrance so you are not walking up the hill. Only moan was that the room needed some maintenance. Shower head wouldn’t stay up unless you balanced it and the shower gel was empty and we had to ask for it to be refilled and the toilet roll holder was slanting downwards so it kept falling off. “Loved being out and about in San Sebastián so did not get to utilize many of the Hotel's amenities. Concierge was very helpful the first day in recommending many excellent dining options. Hotel was very clean with a nice breakfast buffet. What I liked most was the proximity to the beach walk which led to Old Town and Mt Urgull, where we spent a good amount of time. Would gladly stay again during a future visit. ”

“The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway.
