“Awesome place in Newark. We (family of 6; 1 senior, 3 adults and 2 kids) were on a vacation to New York. We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The place was as in photos and had all the amenities as mentioned in the listing. We had the entire floor for us - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 cozy sit-out place (balcony). The property manager, Juan, was very helpful and quick in his responses. His team members were also very good in communication and always had valuable……

“the place was very nice and clean. the bedrooms were nice and comfy. the kitchen was stocked with pots, utensils, and seasonings. the outlets weren’t working at first but after contracting the host, he was quick to respond and helped solve the problem effectively. the neighborhood was nice and quiet. overall an amazing stay and i would come again. ”

“This was the day after the Crowdstrike computer glitch and we received no information about accessing the property and the link for directions took us to the wrong address two blocks away. When we got to the right address, we had to call the manager to get access to the rental after 9pm. The house is on a nice street and there are several units on the property, so finding ours was a little tricky. I did not see a hot tub anywhere. We also did not find a futon, but there was a decent blow up……

“The place was clean and had enough room for us. However, it should say for people under 5’4’’. My daughter banged her head several times even with the warning signs. Also, both nights we were woken up to loud running and banging on the floor above us. This was around 2am. This is carried on for over an hour. One thing I would recommend is some washcloths and maybe paper towels. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. We had easy access to the NJ train to go into the city, which is what we wanted.”
