“I required a quiet, private place within walking distance of the park adjacent to the lake for an Ironman event. I needed to sleep early and sleep well. This property more than met my needs. No, it’s not new. Yes, paint is peeling on the exterior. I’ve stayed in 5* hotels in Asia. They have meticulous standards BUT you can also have noisy rooms nearby and not the privacy that allows one to dress down or in athletic wear. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. “This house is gorgeous. It's a really lovely setting in the trees just above the lake. The house is really lovingly and uniquely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The house is nice and quiet and you can sleep with the windows open and get fresh air. All the amenities were present and easy to use - coffee maker and laundry facilities worked great. I would love to stay there again!”
