We had our kids put on their ski boots on the garage bc the drive is so short. ”

“A large main lodge and eight separate sleeping cabins (in paired duplexes) - this was great for giving everyone their own private space, and not having noise from the main house reach the sleeping spaces. This is out from the small town, and down a gravel road, so it feels nicely secluded. Great cooking spaces indoor and out, and space to gather in the lodge.The main drawbacks:- the cabins are up a fairly steep hill that wasn’t clear in the listing, so the far ones get extra steps in.- the……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Mountain Maison! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated the little extras like kids’ snacks, juices, condiments in the fridge, and a lovely spa gift in the bathroom (everything this sleep deprived mom needed, esp those eye patches!).
