“Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered.”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-organized.”

“The breakfast was same each day and shower glass door is safety issue very tight to get in and out of shower . my bedsheets or towels wasn't changed in two weeks l stayed. No WiFi in bedroom which l told staff at desk on many occasions but nothing was done to solve the WiFi. Positive was size of room was good. No hair dryer few days is ok to stay at hotel but the shower door needs urgent changed before someone gets Hurt badly. ”
