“We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!”

“We spent two wonderful weeks at the end of May and beginning of June in Renata's beautifully renovated stone cottage. The online pictures speak for themselves. It's stylishly renovated, and the location is fantastic. It's incredibly quiet, and you can see La Spezia and the Apuan Alps. There's a roof over the seating area, so you're well protected from rain and sun. However, a vehicle is absolutely necessary. Our family of four (14 year old boy and 13 year old girl) stayed here after touring all the major Italian cities and being squeezed into tiny hotel rooms with one bathroom to share during the week leading up to this. It was the best decision we made (though it was quite expensive). The apartment was open, spacious, tastefully designed, and very functional.
